TERMS AND CONDITION OF DREAM VACATION

 

The below "Terms & Conditions" specifically and clearly interpreted all terms and conditions for an agreement of travel related services between Dream Vacation and the Clients. It's important that clients understand these with full acceptance before making a booking with us. By clicking the below 'Submit' button, or booking the tours you are declare that you have read, understood and accept the above conditions. Once a booking reservation with deposit is made, our contractual relationship is hereby set forth. We would like to request you all to read our Terms and Condition for more understanding the condition of Dream Vacation before you do. 

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Dream Vacation regarding the received of the client personal information are not used for marketing purpose and share to others. Its keep in record the received personal contact information for reminding them in the future regard the travel matters.

SERVICES

Our tours generally include the following services unless otherwise discussed, are: 

  • Customized tour itinerary planning and in-depth destination consultant.

  • Regional and country's domestic or international flights.

  • Personalized sightseeing as indicated in the day by day itinerary.

  • Meals as specified in your daily itinerary.

  • Airport transfers.

  • All entrance fees.

  • Hotel tax and service charges.

  • Ground transportation and local handling charges.

  • Special travel permits where required.

  • Available services (24/7) of Dream Vacation before and during your trip. 

  • Note: International flight is subject to clients's own arrangement and flexible for personal flight mile-saving purpose.

  • Dream Vacation is providing the travel related services in partnering with worldwide online booking hotel, flight ticketing, tour booking, cruises, car rental and local tour guides with 100% guaranteed and free cancellation. ​

  • We work with and cooperate only with proven and reliable travel related companies for ensure the client getting better services. 

 

TOUR PRICES & PRIVACY

  • The tour price is in USD and quoted per person, based on double occupancy or twin share basis, unless otherwise specified.

  • All tour cost are based upon the services mentioned in each tour's detailed itinerary as per the services. Services are offered as a completed dedicated package and Dream Vacation will not provide any breakdown of the trip component cost (any kind of unused parts or late show up...).

  • All cost quoted are based on availability and subject to change without notice, domestic/international flights or closed/postponed by politically action or natural disaster etc or illness.

  • Dream Vacation reserves the rights to rearrange, substitute, cancel the tour elements without prior notice and set the date in discussed with client.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS & BOOKING CONFIRMATION

  • A deposit of 30% of the total invoice is required in order to confirm all our services. Balance of payment 30% is due earlier than 20 days prior to your departure.

  • Failure to pay by the due date may result in unexpected cancellation of the booking. Payment may be made by Cash, electronic transfer or credit card (Visa or Master Card/ American Express Card), any applied surcharges of transaction should be covered by the clients. Following full payment, final voucher of services and related documents will be forwarded by email or in hand to clients at a maximum of two weeks prior to your home departure. 

 

TOUR PROGRAM & DATE CHANGES

  • Dream Vacation reserves the rights to rearrange, substitute, cancel the tour elements without prior notice and set the date in discussed with client. 

  • All itineraries are subject to change depending on domestic/international flights or closed/postponed by politically action or natural disaster etc or illness.

 

GROUP RESERVATIONS

  • If the reservation is made for a group or family, the person submitting the reservation form must have authorization from all participants listed and have included all participant required information such as: 

  • Required documents are: 1. Scanned Visa copy, 2. Scanned Passport photo copies, 3. 1 Photos of Each including hotel booking confirmation (if booked by itself).

 

CHILD POLICY

  • Children between 2 and 11 years old are granted a 30% discount on transfers, excursions and package tours provided that they share room with adults and no extra-bed.

  • A maximum of two children per party (family) is granted for such discounts. Children requiring their own rooms are charged as adults. The rates are chargeable as per the total number of that party unless otherwise state.

 

VISA ON ARRIVAL & PRIOR PERMISSION

  • Dream Vacation may assist for Visa application, but the operator is not responsible for Visa approval.

  • For Visa-on-arrival service the operator will charge Service Charges, which will also apply after the application is refused by concerning authorities.

  • Dream Vacation is not responsible for the Visa confirmation. If there is cancelled because their visa expired or is not confirmed, cancellation charges will apply like mentioned in our. 

  • Permission to enter the Government restricted area, The client will need to send us required documents of each person, such as 1. Received visa copy, 2. Passport copies, 3. A passport size photo of each including permission copies.

  • Or send above required documents to Dream Vacation office, we will find the permission for you. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the charges incurred.

  • Cancellation of tours due to minimum number of participants will be advised 30 days before departure of the tour. Any cancellations of booking please refer to the information in booking confirmation e-mail.

  • Cancellation must be done in written directly to Dream Vacation in advance before 30 days of depart of the tour.

  • Cancellation charges will apply when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed. We try to negotiate with our partners (Hotels, Transportation Companies, Airlines etc.) to reduce the cancellation fees.

  • If we can negotiate with our partners/affiliate (Hotels, Transportation Companies, Airlines), less or no extra fees will appear except the non-refundable deposit payment.

  • In case you have to withdraw from a tour after it has begun for any reason (for example illness, weather condition) we are not able to make refunds for absences from a tour, missed meals or sightseeing.

  • No refunds can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, hotel booking or airfare or any other services, included in the tour price within 1 week before departure of the tour.

 

REFUND POLICY

Deposit are non-refundable but will be valid for any others substitute booking of the same calendar year and must be notified to Dream Vacation 

  • Between 45 - 30 days of scheduled tour departure: 25% charged.

  • Between 30- 15 days of scheduled tour departure: 50% charged.

  • Between 15 - 7 days of scheduled tour departure: 75% charged.

  • Between 7 days or less of scheduled tour departure: 100% charged. 

Note: Any late amendment to a confirmation booking may be added to a fee imposed by Dream Vacation where applicable and subject to specific circumstance. In some other case, we are flexible with the policy above to meet the best benefit for our clients, please advice any wish you have directly to Dream Vacation.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • At every Dream Vacation made tour services doesn't included the travel insurances. Therefore, nobody should travel abroad without taken any travel insurance. Dream Vacation would like to recommend strongly to the client to take travel insurance for covers emergency medical, lost or stolen belongings, hospital cost and repatriation. 

  • Travel and Health Insurance: We recommend you to take travel insurance to cover accidents, theft, loss, medical treatment and/or cancellation.

  • Baggage insurance, because all baggage and personal belongings are at all times at the clients/passengers own risk.

 

HEALTH & FITNESS

  • On traveling, there is may occur the health problems without hope. We would like to recommend you to see the doctor before your tour.

  • Older participants or those with preexisting medical conditions may require a letter from a doctor, and must supply full details at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund your deposit at our discretion.

  • On tour, you are under the authority of the tour leader, who has the right to determine your suitability to continue or your level of activity. However, as well our tour coordinator/tour guide will help you for your getting better.

 

LIABILITY

  • Dream Vacation accepts no liability for cancellations, delays or changes that are caused by war, threat of war, airport closures, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical transport problems, staff cancellations, negligence or other events or acts and omissions by others (including our tour guides and accommodation providers) beyond our control; participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the tour; loss of or damage to any personal property of the participants.

  • Dream Vacation acts as an affiliate between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators and local tourist offices providing the related services therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs.

  • Dream Vacation not liable for any delay, cancellation or re-schedule for the international flights or any additional costs due to re-scheduled international flights.

  • Participation in our tours implies the tourists’ agreement to the above conditions.

CLAIMS

  • All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding.

  • In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding come to failure, the disputes, claims and litigation shall be finally settled by concerning department. Claims but be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.​
